Founded in late 2017, Gardella Design Group launched with a clear vision and rapid momentum. Within our first year, we averaged 20 stagings per month—many selling in under a week, often within days. By the end of 2018, we had staged more than $40 million in real estate. Today, that number exceeds $980 million.

Kim Hawkins, Founder & President, is a Certified Professional Home Stager, Re-Designer, and Certified Vacation Rental Design Expert. Prior to founding Gardella Design Group, Kim built a successful career in high-level technical recruiting and talent management, partnering with global brands including Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, AOL/Yahoo, Siebel, and ExtraHop.

Her background in strategy, paired with an innate passion for design, gives her a rare edge. Kim approaches each project with both creative intuition and market intelligence—understanding exactly how to position a property for maximum emotional impact and return.

Her ability to anticipate the needs of homeowners, agents, developers, investors, and business owners sets Gardella Design Group apart. Together with her clients, Kim pushes creative boundaries to deliver spaces that resonate in today’s competitive luxury market.
